Working with Tony to secure our mortgage has been a pleasure from start to finish. The process of buying a property is not without its difficulties, and Tony went above and beyond to help us secure a good mortgage deal, but also liaise with the lender, seller’s agent and lawyers. Out of all the people we dealt with, Tony was by far the most professional and was always at the end of the phone. Rummana has been exceptional in every respect. We bought a house recently and her support from start to finish was exemplary. We had a really positive experience with Ahmad as our mortgage advisor. From the beginning, he was professional and easy to contact. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all our questions and made sure we understood the different options available to us. The whole mortgage process can feel quite stressful, but Ahmad made it much more straightforward and kept us updated throughout. I had a wonderful experience working with my broker Poorna Gunasekara, who helped me throughout the process of buying my house. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available whenever I had questions or needed guidance. Buying a house can be stressful, but she made the whole process much easier and smoother for me. From the very beginning of the remortgage process, Ms. Poorna was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She found me an excellent mortgage deal with a lender that perfectly suited my needs, saving me both time and money. What really stood out was her outstanding communication. She responded to my emails and messages extremely quickly, often outside of normal working hours, and was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance.
