Are you an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser looking for a new opportunity? Connect, an award-winning mortgage business based in Essex, is expanding its team of professional advisers. With a strong reputation for supporting and developing highly skilled professionals, we employ over 50 staff in our Hornchurch head office and support more than 300 advisers across the country. We operate in both the mainstream and specialist markets so can consider advisers with a focus on products such as buy to let, bridging and commercial as well as advisers with a focus on mainstream residential. We have over 200 lenders and providers on our panel to ensure our advisers can find the best deals for their clients. Due to ongoing growth and our commitment to delivering exceptional service, we are seeking additional self-employed and employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join our team. This self employed role offers the flexibility of remote work, the strength of an industry-recognized brand, and substantial marketing and business development support to generate a steady flow of warm leads. Employed positions can be considered for advisers that live within the locality of the office on an office base or hybrid basis, with a competitive basis salary and commission package.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to our clients.
Build and maintain relationships with our introducers to maximize business opportunities.
Continuously develop your skills and knowledge, including specialist areas, through Connect Academy and our Training Team.
Ensure all advice is within regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.

Skills & Experience

CeMap or equivalent mortgage qualification.
Proven experience in mortgage advising, whether employed or self-employed.
Demonstrable success in a mortgage sales environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with good computer literacy.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
